How To Get Started With your Listings:
On the home page of UListproperties you can click on the Add Listing Button and input a username and register, then add your username and e-mail. You will receive a password to that e-mail address. We suggest you change your password to something that is easy to remember. After you are logged in, select “my membership” on the left side of the screen and select the payment package you prefer and that will automatically take you to the listing page where you can input your properties information to list.
We can enter your Listings for you. You will need to e-mail us the listing information and pictures, or a link to your website with the current listing.
The listing management screen always gives you 100% control over your listing and your data, 24/7. Potential buyers can get contact information or leave a message on this site for you through e-mails that we direct to you.
You can log into your account from any PC computer, Mac, smartphone, tablet, and pretty much any data-enabled device, anytime you want during the entire process of selling your property on our system. You can add or delete pictures or description or pricing free of charge.

Searching for Properties to Buy or Rent is totally free on our site. There is no User Signup or Login. Use the Search Options at the top of the main page to define your search filters for the type of properties you want to see. To communicate with prospective Sellers, Landlords, or their Agents you will have to provide your E-mail address when you contact them directly.
What Happens When People Find A Property They Want to Buy or Rent:
They can contact the Sellers Agent / Landlord directly via an e-mail form on the right side of each Property Listing Page. When it is time to purchase the property of your dreams, they can use any Lawyer or Real Estate Services they want to assist with the transaction.
