Sekoula Lodge is located on the secluded, beautiful Fijian island of Nananu-i-ra located on the northern coast of Viti Levu about a 2.5 hour drive from Nadi. A short boat trip and you’re there. The property is at the end of a peninsula. It is private and peaceful – cooled by the trades – facing the brilliant sunsets at night and the first to see the morning sun in the east.

The Lodge was built in 1998 and is 100% off the grid. This green energy lodge primarily uses solar and wind energy to power daily living. Hot water and cooking is gas powered. In times of high demand or low sun and wind, a generator is available as back-up to top up the battery bank. There is a 55,000 litre water tank backed up with an extra 2,500 litre tank.

The Lodge interior comprises open plan kitchen, lounge and dining all opening on to the decks with outstanding view of the ocean. There are 3 double bedrooms all with their own ensuite with beautifully tiled open showers. Just a brilliant environment to enjoy all that the Fiji climate offers.

The Lodge sits on half an acre of freehold land – very little land in Fiji is freehold.
The property boasts 2 beaches and only one neighbour as the very tip of the island is reserve. It is easily accessible and is a truly magical island retreat.

The lodge is currently available on Airbnb when the owners aren’t using it and is a nice income earner that could be developed further if required. Locals are employed, as needed, to ease the burden of house cleaning, repairs and maintenance.
