The villa is built on a metal structure with a minimum number of columns to create a unified space. The facade is finished with natural stone of grey volcanic origin, which requires no further painting or maintenance. All the wooden elements of the facade and the terrace are made of tropical Ulin wood, also called Ironwood for its maximum density and resistance to termites and other insects. This wood does not need to be replaced even after more than 30 years.

The ceilings of the common areas are finished with wood, the walls are painted, and the floors have natural stone tiles in light colors. The bedrooms have tropical Lingua wood parquet flooring, which emphasizes the quality of the house and is comfortable to walk on barefoot.

The panoramic windows are made of high quality aluminum profiles of the Premium brand, which provide good thermal insulation and have a sound insulation index of up to 40 dB.

The villa is located in the northern part of central Ubud, 5 minutes from Parq Ubud complex.
